Founded by two friends with a single moving truck, the company has grown into a thriving business built on reliability, efficiency, and trust

The Challenge

They didn't want another agency to come in and create unrelatable and boring content that no one wants to watch.

Their primary goals were:

Our Strategy

Competitor Analysis

We analyzed moving company competitors and even drew inspiration from other employee inspired social media pages to understand how they successfully attracted more engagement.

Content Ideation and Creation

We centered the content strategy on engaging reels, as this format consistently provides the most reach. This included:

  • Humorous content about being an employee that most people can relate to 
  • Content that is incredibly shareable, allowing more eyes to easily reach the page
  • Memes that have gone viral multiple times
  • Viral audios and trends to focus on their main KPI, reach


We identified several key issues in Move4Less’s previous social media approach. They weren’t effectively connecting with their target audience.
