With offerings such as mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, lymphatic drainage massages, and an infrastrar fitness bike room, Lia Pilates provides a welcoming, friendly, and empowering environment for any woman seeking to improve their health and fitness.

The Challenge

Lia Pilates had worked with another social media agency, but the results were underwhelming so she turned to us to deliver real results.

We analyzed Pilates competitors and even drew inspiration from other industries like hairdressing to understand how they successfully attracted new clients.

Content Ideation and Creation

We centered the content strategy on engaging reels, as this format consistently provides the most reach. This included:

  • Talking Videos featuring the owner to highlight her personality and build a connection with the audience.
  • Aesthetic Reels showcasing the Pilates classes and amenities.
  • Trending Reels that used humor and trends to relate to potential clients.
  • Educational reels on topics like lymphatic machines, infrastrar fitness bikes, and Pilates safety.


We identified several key issues in their previous social media approach. They weren’t speaking effectively to their target audience, lacked basic optimization techniques like location tagging, and weren’t utilizing trends to increase engagement. Additionally, they weren’t showcasing the studio's amenities or conveying the inviting atmosphere through video content.
